Timothy R. Ash is the principle and founding member of Timothy R. Ash & Associates, P.C. Mr. Ash is a Lansing native and a 1985 graduate of Michigan State University School of Business. Following graduation from MSU, Mr. Ash worked for Michigan National Corporation until 1991. In 1989, Mr. Ash began attending law school at the Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, while maintaining his full time employment with Michigan National. Mr. Ash left Michigan National in 1991 to focus full time on his legal studies and career.

In 1991, Mr. Ash worked as a clerk for Oakland County Circuit Judge Alice Gilbert. Following graduation from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 1992, Mr. Ash received his law license and began working as an associate at the Oakland County law firm of Chapman & Associates. In October of 1994, Mr. Ash left Chapman & Associates to form his own firm, Timothy R. Ash & Associates, P.C. Mr. Ash specializes in high impact divorce and custody cases, along with all types of criminal matters, employment litigation, and corporate litigation.
